Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord Wild and Scenic Rivers Study Act - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River segments in Massachusetts for study for potential addition to the national wild and scenic rivers system.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River Study Committee to advise him in conducting the study and concerning management alternatives should some or all of such river segments be included in the system. Terminates the Committee upon the submission of the study report to the President. Authorizes appropriations.
