Lebanese Temporary Protected Status Act of 1989 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to grant temporary (two year) protected status to certain Lebanese nationals residing in the United States (thus prohibiting their deportation during such period).

Authorizes such aliens to work in the United States.

Requires the Attorney General to report annually to the appropriate congressional committees with regard to such program.
