Violent Juvenile Offender Act - Amends the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 to require the reduction and eventual suspension of Federal funding to States that do not treat all juveniles who are 15 years of age or older as adults for purposes of determining criminal liability for certain violent crimes.
