National Child Search Assistance Act of 1987 - Amends the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 to direct the Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to make grants to States for the purpose of establishing and operating, or operating and expanding, Missing Children Information Clearinghouses. Sets forth grant application and qualification requirements.
Authorizes appropriations for FY 1988 and 1989.
