A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should condemn nations which continue to flagrantly violate the United Nations arms embargo of South Africa.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the President should: (1) condemn France, Italy, Israel, West Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Switzerland for their continued violations of United Nations Resolution 418 (calling for an arms embargo against South Africa); (2) call upon such nations to halt any further sale of weapons or military-related equipment or transfer of military technology to South Africa; (3) commend any actions taken thus far by these governments to sever economic and military ties with South Africa; and (4) urge these nations to place pressure on the Government of South Africa to dismantle the system of apartheid.
