Social Security Claimants Protection Act of 1987 - Amends titles II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) and XVI (Supplemental Security Income) of the Social Security Act to exclude any representative of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Social Security Administration, any other agency of such department, or an involved State agency from appearing as a party at a benefit hearing or participating in the development of the record of such hearing, unless, in the latter case, the presiding officer requests such participation.
