Social Security Benefit Termination Reform Act of 1987 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to provide that a beneficiary shall be entitled to a prorated benefit for the month in which he or she dies.

Prohibits any requirement that the Supplementary Medical Insurance (Part B of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Act) premium be paid, or deducted from the prorated OASDI benefit, for the month of the beneficiary's death.
