Full Credit Card Cost Disclosure Act - Amends the Truth in Lending Act to require that all credit card applications and solicitations include information regarding the annual interest rate, finance charge conditions, and other related charges and fees.
Requires such information, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, to be prominently displayed in table form.
