Official title: A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide the same limitation on increases in deductions for Medicare part B premiums from Railroad Retirement annuities as currently applies to Medicare part B deductions from Social Security monthly benefits, so that the amount of such an increase in a given year cannot exceed the amount of the cost-of-living increase in the annuity.
