Public Housing Security Force Act of 1988 - Authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to provide grants to public housing agencies for prevention of drug-related crime in public housing through: (1) establishment of security forces; or (2) reimbursement of local law enforcement agencies for additional services.

Sets forth project selection criteria.

Authorizes FY 1989 through 1991 appropriations.
