Changes the definition of "Vietnam era," for purposes of veterans' benefits, to include, in the case of a veteran who served on active duty in the armed forces in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, North Vietnam, South Vietnam, or the adjacent waters, the period from March 1, 1961 through August 4, 1964.
Amends the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 to apply such definition to veterans' employment preference.
