Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to classify specified articles imported by a named company under specified Items of the Tariff Schedules of the United States. Requires the reliquidation of the entry of any such article of which the liquidation of entry has become final before enactment of this Act, with appropriate refund of duty.
