Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend for two years the duty on positive displacement reciprocating pumps and the following parts for such pumps and related articles: (1) studs; (2) tool kits; (3) valve cases, spacers, and pistons; (4) ball bearings, race bearings bells and bell by-passes; (5) machine parts; (6) sealing cases, valve safety rings, spacer rings, support rings, intermediate discs and rings, shaft packing rings, radial shaft seals, back-up seals, and V-sleeves; (7) high-pressure water shutoff guns and parts thereof; (8) roller valves and relief valves with hydraulic actuators; and (9) O-rings, U-rings, copper asbestos gaskets, and leakage gaskets.
