A bill to amend section 1886 of the Social Security Act to require that certain hospitals be classified as being located in an urban area for purposes of determining payments under the medicare program for inpatient hospitals, and to require that certain hospitals be treated in the same manner as a hospital located within a particular geographic area for purpose of making such determination.
