Public Housing Child Care Services Act of 1987 - Directs the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to: (1) provide grants to public housing authorities to assist them in providing child care services for lower income families; and (2) design such program to determine the extent to which it facilitates resident employability.

Requires a program report to the Congress within three years.

Authorizes FY 1988 through 1990 appropriations.
