A bill to amend section 102 of the Social Security Amendments of 1983 to include individuals between the ages of forty-six and fifty-five within the special provisions (now applicable only to individuals age fifty-five or over) which liberalize the insured status requirements for certain employees of nonprofit organizations whose services were mandatorily covered by such amendments.
