Funding and policy issues related to DOD S&T programs; security, international engagement and investment; health; targeted initiatives for scientific research, including artificial intelligence and quantum science; and national security workforce.

Health Issues

Issues related to agency reorganization, program prioritization, and award reallocation, including changes to F&A. The federal-university partnership in biomedical education, training, and research, clinical and translational science, mental health, pandemic preparation and response, and collaborative engagements domestically and internationally. Investment in NIH, CDC, and ARPA-H.

Issues relating to VA educational benefits and research.
