Good Jobs for 21st Century Energy Act

This bill establishes Department of Labor requirements and tax incentives for certified entities who construct certain clean energy, manufacturing, or energy efficiency projects. Specifically, the bill initiates prevailing wage jobs in the clean energy economy, builds clean U.S. energy infrastructure and technology, and provides incentives for workforce training and development.
