Collectively Achieving Recovery and Employment Act of 2018 or the CARE Act

This bill directs the Department of Labor, in collaboration with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration of the Department of Health and Human Services, to establish a pilot program to award grants during FY2019-FY2024 to counties (or other equivalent entities) and tribal entities to administer combined workforce training and drug addiction treatment and recovery programs.
