Health care priorities of ACCC: a) Prior authorization (Including: Improving Seniors Timely Access to Care Act (S. 4532/H.R. 8702 in the 118th Congress); 2) Oncology drug and medical supply shortages; 3) Patient navigation; 4) Financial toxicity; 5) Inflation Reduction Act implementation, especially Protecting Patient Access to Cancer and Complex Therapies Act (S.2764/H.R.5391 in the 118th Congress); 6) Reducing Physician Payment Reimbursement Cuts under Medicare Part B that went into effect on 1/1/2025; 7) Medicare Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act (H.R.842/S.339); and 8) Extension of Medicare reimbursement for telehealth services.
