Housing

In support of The ROAD to Housing Act of 2025 (S. 2651) The bill expands Americas affordable housing supply and reform federal housing programs. It streamlines regulations that slow housing development, encourages modular and rural housing construction, improves access to homeownership and rental assistance, and modernizes HUD and FHA programs for greater efficiency.

Immigration

In support of The American Dream and Promise Act (H.R. 1589) Provides a pathway to legal status and eventual citizenship for certain undocumented immigrants who entered the U.S. as children (often called Dreamers), as well as for individuals covered under Temporary Protected Status (TPS) or Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) who meet eligibility requirements.

Education

Bringing attention to the serious problem of aging, under-funded, and unsafe school facilities in the United States. Many public school buildings are decades old, in need of major repair or replacement, and often lack modern infrastructure needed for 21st-century learning (such as reliable broadband, good air quality, and energy efficiency). Congress should invest in rebuilding America's schools.

Labor Issues/Antitrust/Workplace

In opposition of H.R. 3548 - the Infrastructure Expansion Act of 2025. H.R. 3548 would prevent the use of absolute liability standards on certain construction claims for projects that receive federal financial assistance, tax incentives, or are federally permitted. Instead, it would impose a comparative negligence standard (a fault-based system) for injuries tied to elevation or gravity risks on such projects.
