(1) Monitor delivery of $500 Million of funds to modernize the Philippine defense forces as included in the final Defense Supplemental Appropriation Act for the US Indo Pacific Command to deal with the PRC's aggression. (2) Seek US Government recognition of Filipino Amerasians children of American military fathers and to provide them with educational, work skills and job opportunities from US humanitarian assistance to the PH Government.
