FY25 CR Full funding Disability Programs; Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Labor, HHS, Education, and Related Services appropriations bill full funding Disability Programs including DD Act, Department of Education, ACL programs, Early Childhood programs, IDEA, Lifespan Respite, Older Americans Act Programs. Protect Medicaid (no cuts) in FY26 budget/reconciliation.

Support SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act

ED and Congress urging Department of Ed to be maintained; Full funding for IDEA.

Oppose FMAP cuts for DC Medicaid.

Support funding for DD Council work in North Carolina and California in support of disaster relief.

CMS settings rule and urging that it be maintained; Oppose reorganization of HHS; Opposing breaking up the Administration for Community Living (ACL) along with the transfer of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA); Support Autism Family Caregivers Act; Support SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act; Protect Medicaid (no cuts) in FY26 reconciliation/budget.
