Freedom to Invest in Tomorrows Workforce Act (H.R. 1151/S.756) - Support bill which permits the use of 529 account funds to pay for post-secondary training programs

Housing

Support of the ROAD to Housing Act of 2025 (S. 2651)- bill to address the housing crisis by expanding and preserving housing supply, improving affordability, and increasing the efficiency of federal housing programs. Key provisions include incentives for local jurisdictions to increase housing production and reforms to streamline regulations for manufactured and modular homes.

Manufacturing

Support of the SPEED Act (H.R. 4776) and other critical permitting reform measures which represent key steps towards streamlining permitting processes and enhancing predictability for critical infrastructure projects.

Environment/Superfund

- Support reauthorization for water infrastructure programs which expire on Sept. 30, 2026 by fully fund core water infrastructure financing programs like the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds and WIFIA, as well as targeted grant programs that support small and disadvantaged communities, support rural communities, help reduce lead in drinking water and the removal of PFAS and other emerging contaminants -Advocated for changes on Don't Mess With My Home Appliances Act (H.R. 4626) which implements reforms to the Energy Policy Conservation Act (EPCA). - Saving Homeowners from Overregulation With Exceptional Rinsing Act) SHOWER Act (H.R.4593)seeks to enshrine in law regulatory changes on the definition of showerhead that were previously made via executive action by DOE in April and May 2025. - Financing Lead Out of Water (FLOW) Act (H.R. 3892/S. 2007) - Support bill that to make it simpler and faster for public water systems to use tax-exempt bonds when paying for full lead service line replacements. Support a minimum of $4.8 billion each for the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs), $73 million for activities carried out under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA); and $50 million for the Household Decentralized Wastewater System Grants. Maintain EPA's WaterSense Program - a voluntary public-private partnership program that identifies efficient and high-performing water-efficient plumbing products and services. - Support NIST Plumbing Research Program - the outcomes of this program positively impact how buildings and homes use water for decades to come by providing industry with the measurement science and applied research necessary to shape construction standards as well as develop new technologies.

-Support Report Language for DOC NIST of no less than $2,000,000 for its Plumbing Research Lab activities. - Maintain EPA's WaterSense Program in Water Quality Protection - support of public-private partnership increases consumer choice by assisting American businesses and families in identifying certified products and practices.
