Protect Medicaid (no cuts) in FY26 budget/reconciliation.

Support SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act; Accessibility Standards for Universal Changing Stations; Home and Community Based Services Access, Older Americans Act (OAA),

ED and Congress urging Department of Ed to be maintained; Full funding for IDEA;

Oppose FMAP cuts for DC Medicaid.

Support funding for DD Council work in North Carolina and California in support of disaster relief;

Support HR 1389, Marriage Equality for Disabled Adults; S 73/HR 1757 - Eliminating the Marriage Penalty in SSI Act (EMPSA); Support HR 7828 - SSI Income Restoration Act (marriage penalty, asset limits; Comment on Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Request for Information Related to Comprehensive Regulations to Uncover Suspicious Healthcare (CRUSH); CMS settings rule and urging that it be maintained; Oppose reorganization of HHS; Opposing breaking up the Administration for Community Living (ACL) along with the transfer of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA); Support Autism Family Caregivers Act; Support SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act; Protect Medicaid (no cuts) in FY26 reconciliation/budget;

Opposing Restoration of Employment Choice for Adults with Disabilities Act H.R. 8736, ; Support "Raise the Wage Act; Oppose 14C certificates (subminimum wage for people with disabilities)

Protect Medicaid from cuts in the FY26 budget/reconciliation; Support Protecting Healthcare and Lowering Costs Act of 2025 to repeal all of the health care provisions in H.R. 1 and make permanent the enhanced Advanced Premium Tax Credits for purchasing marketplace health insurance plans and similar legislation to repeal the harmful cuts to Medicaid included in H.R.1.

Protect Medicaid that supports transportation funding in budget/reconciliation.
