S.2503 - ROTOR Act - requires all aircraft to be equipped with Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast In. H.R.7613 - Airspace Location and Enhanced Risk Transparency Act of 2026 (ALERT Act). This bill addresses aviation safety by increasing requirements for aircraft tracking and communication using Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) technology and expanding oversight. H.R. 5634, the Veterans Flight Training Responsibility Act of 2025. The bill would limit veterans ability to pursue flight training under the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
