Proposed changes to OPT; H1B fee increase; duration of status; Administration Immigration Actions: including: (i) Establishing a Fixed Time Period of Admission and an Extension of Stay Procedure for Nonimmigrant Academic Students, Exchange Visitors, and Representatives of Foreign Information Media(NPRM); (ii) Weighted Selection Process for Registrants and Petitioners Seeking to File Cap-Subject H-1B Petitions(NPRM); and (iii) Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers (proclamation). Healthcare Workforce Resilience Act (S.2759/H.R.5283) and Conrad State 30 and Physician Access Reauthorization Act (S.709/H.R.1585).
