DIALYSIS PATIENT CITIZENS

Urge Congress to provide access to Medigap for all ESRD patients under 65 years of age; Protect organ donors by urging passage of the living donor legislation; Protect dialysis patient access to charitable premium assistance; Support ESRD care coordination; Support increased oversight of Organ Procurement Organizations; Assist the Administration about prioritizing prevention of kidney disease and home dialysis; Support H.R. 2199/S. 1173 -The Restore Protections for Dialysis Patients Act to protect access to private insurance; Urge the Administration to provide adequate reimbursement to address the ongoing staffing shortages at dialysis centers; and Urge the Administration to provide appropriate reimbursement to increase dialysis patient access to new and innovative therapies.
