Educate policymakers on Danone's investments in domestic food manufacturing. Monitor labeling of plant-based and dairy products; monitor and discuss nutrition policies with policymakers, including the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), other nutrition programs for students and children, and gut microbiome research. Monitor regulations related to nutrition, including food ingredient regulations. Monitor nutrition-related provisions in P.L.119-21, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, and educate Members on Danone's priorities. Monitor the development of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025-2030. Monitor the Farm Bill reauthorization process, including H.R.7567, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026. Monitor nutrition-related provisions in H.R.8646, the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agency Appropriations Act of 2027; and educate Members on Danone's priorities.
Monitor implementation of the Advancing Markets for Producers (AMP) program. Monitor proposals related to feed additives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Monitor policymaking related to infant formula supply chains.
