BASF supports FAA designation of chemical facilities as critical infrastructure, the use of countermeasures against unauthorized drone flights, and policies that strengthen physical security, cybersecurity, and safety across the chemical supply chain. S.351 - STEWARD Act; H.R.4109 - Recycling and Composting Accountability Act; H.R.2145 - Recycling Infrastructure and Accessibility Act.
