Federal Anti-Tampering Act - Amends the Federal Criminal Code to make it a Federal offense to maliciously cause bodily injury or death to any person by tampering with any article, product, or commodity which is produced or distributed for human use or consumption.

Provides for a prison term of up to 20 years and a fine of up to $20,000 if personal injury results, or a prison term of up to life if death results.
