Assistance for Rural Water Systems Act of 2023

This bill allows the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to provide grants, zero-interest loans, low-interest loans, loan forgiveness, and loan refinancing to certain rural water, wastewater, or waste disposal facilities. USDA may provide such assistance for (1) ensuring public health, safety, and order; and (2) addressing financial hardships.
