This resolution condemns Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador's statements regarding U.S. elections on March 9, 2023. The resolution also calls on President Lopez Obrador to retract the statements and commit to noninterference in any election in the United States.

The resolution also calls for the United States to monitor Mexico's activities that may interfere with U.S. elections and to use the tools of government to protect elections against all foreign interference.
