Real-Time Benefit Tool Implementation Act

This bill sets a deadline by which Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP) sponsors must implement an electronic, real-time benefit tool. 

Specifically, the bill requires PDP sponsors to implement at least one real-time benefit tool by January 1, 2027.
