No Temporary Protected Status for Terrorists Act or the No TPS for Terrorists Act

This bill prohibit the Department of Homeland Security from granting temporary protected status to a non-U.S. national (alien under federal law) who is a holder of a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority.
