Essential Skills and Child Care for Health Professions Act

This bill expands the Health Profession Opportunity Grants (HPOG) program to include (1) foundational skills training, and (2) access to affordable child care for program participants. (The HPOG program provides education and training to low-income individuals for high-demand occupations in the health care field.)
