Remote Opioid Monitoring Act of 2023
This bill requires the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to report on the use of remote monitoring of individuals who are prescribed opioids, including the efficacy and prevalence of remote monitoring with respect to these individuals. GAO must also recommend ways to improve the availability, access, and coverage of remote monitoring for these individuals.
