Improving Diaper Affordability Act of 2023

This bill treats diapers as qualified medical expenses for purposes of health savings accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, and other types of health spending arrangements.

The bill also prohibits a state or local government from imposing a sales tax on the retail sale of diapers.
