Federal Law Enforcement Service Weapon Purchase Act

This bill generally permits a federal law enforcement officer to purchase a retired handgun from the agency that issued a handgun to the officer.

The bill directs the General Services Administration to develop policies to facilitate the sale and disposition of eligible handguns.
