Advancing American Artificial Intelligence Innovation Act of 2021

This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to implement a pilot program to assess the feasibility and advisability of establishing data libraries for developing and enhancing artificial intelligence capabilities to ensure that DOD is able to procure optimal artificial intelligence and machine learning software capabilities.

DOD must brief the congressional defense committees on the implementation of this pilot program.
