This bill requires an online platform (e.g., a social network or search engine) to provide an easy-to-use, understandable, and conspicuous mechanism by which a user may delete or otherwise terminate their account on the platform.

The Federal Trade Commission must enforce this requirement and treat any violation of the requirement as an unfair or deceptive act or practice.
