Domestic Manufacturing Protection Act of 2021
This bill prohibits the Environmental Protection Agency from issuing regulations that regulate greenhouse gas emissions until China, India, and Russia each adhere to the same reduction targets as the United States under the Paris Agreement, an international treaty on climate change adopted in 2015.
