This resolution directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to the extent that such information is in the possession of DHS, to transmit to the House of Representatives copies of documents, emails, charts, or tables, no later than 14 days after date on which this resolution is agreed to, for FY2021, which refer or relate to

  • information on custody and case management, including Enforcement and Removal Operations of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement nondetained cases;
  • information on administrative and criminal arrests;
  • information on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers; and
  • information on removals.
