This resolution honors and remembers the victims of the crash of American Airlines Flight 587 in Rockaway Queens, New York. It also (1) honors and thanks the families, friends, and loved ones of the victims of the crash; (2) conveys the most sincere condolences of U.S. citizens to the families, friends, and communities of the victims; and (3) solemnly marks the twentieth anniversary of the crash.
