This resolution directs the Department of the Treasury to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, copies of any document, record, memo, correspondence or other communication that refers or relates to (1) the total number of recovery rebates issued to incarcerated individuals, nonresident aliens, individuals unlawfully present or unauthorized to work in the United States, and to individuals who died before January 1, 2021; and (2) the total dollar amount of such rebates issued to such individuals and aliens.
