Poland Over Russia Act

This bill requires the United States to withhold all contributions to the United Nations until Russia's membership on the U.N. Security Council is terminated and Poland is made a permanent member of the council. The President must order U.S. representatives to the United Nations to advocate for other member states to take similar actions.
