Removing Arms from Terrorists Through Sanctions Act
This bill provides statutory authority for a September 21, 2020, executive order imposing sanctions pertaining to Iran's activities relating to arms and related materiel, including transfers of such arms and materiel.
Referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
