This bill includes specified rivers that serve as connecting channels between Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Lake Huron, Lake Michigan, and Lake Superior as part of the Great Lakes for purposes of the U.S. Coast Guard Great Lakes Oil Spill Center of Expertise.
