Preventing the Loss of American Jobs due to Unjust Mandates Act

This bill prohibits any federal agency from granting work authorization to an alien for the purpose of effectively replacing an unvaccinated U.S. health care worker who is terminated due to a local, state, or federal vaccine mandate.
