Afghan Threat Finance Cell Establishment Act of 2021

This bill directs the President to establish the Afghan Threat Finance Cell, an interagency organization with the purpose to identify, disrupt, and eliminate illicit financial networks in Afghanistan, particularly networks involved in narcotics trafficking, illicit financial transactions, official corruption, and terrorist networks.
